The decision to go with Microsoft 365 is normally made by people who are happy with hotmail or outlook.com and primarily work in the office and have invested much into learning and using the Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Can you trust working with companies with free emails like @gmail.com / @hotmail.ca / @outlook.com / @bellnet.ca / @cogeco.ca / @shaw.ca / @rogers.com …? Who are these people, how can you find out anything about them, where are they really, will they still be here tomorrow?
