How do I Force Refresh a Webpage?
Sometimes a webpage doesn’t load properly and sometimes your browser fails to give you the updated page … the first step to resolving this is to force refresh.
Also, everytime we make changes to your logo, theme, templates, or styles you will need to force refresh to see the changes if you have visited the pages recently.
To force refresh / hard refresh:
Hold down Shift and click the Reload button
OR
Windows users press Ctrl + F5 keys
MAC users press Command + Shift + R keys
OR
Windows users press Ctrl + F5 keys
MAC users press Command + Shift + R keys
On mobile devices, try changing settings to “desktop view” then back to “mobile view”.
OR depending on your browser open new tab / window in “Incognito” / “InPrivate” / “Private” mode depending on the browser you are using (Chrome, Edge, Safari, …)
